Locally owned and operated, Hanalei Bread Company is an organic bakery and coffee house in the heart of Hanalei. Serving daily-made fresh bread, pastries, breakfast, lunch & your favorite cup of coffee! We work hard and have fun in our lovely open air bakery.
Line Cooks:
- Cooks work in a team of two in our open kitchen making a variety of delicious breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, gourmet toasts and breakfast burritos to order.
- Morning shifts.
Prep Cooks:
- Great opportunity to learn the basics of the food industry by preparing food items for our line cooks.
- Duties include slicing meats and cheese, slicing veggies, making salsa, pesto, and aioli, pickling and roasting veggies, and more.
- Morning shifts.
