KITCHEN / COUNTER - LATE NIGHT SHIFTS - FATBURGER - INSIDE MORONGO CASINO

• We are currently hiring for late night shifts. Shifts may end at 3:00 AM (Sunday - Thursday) or 5:00 AM (Friday and Saturday). Shifts may run up to or over 8 hours. Full Time is available.
• Management positions are available.
• Wages are based on availability, experience, dependability, training and accomplishment.
• Applicant must be qualified to work on the Morongo Casino property.
• Current Serve-Safe or Riverside County Food Handlers Card required.
• Drivers License ( preferred)

At FATBURGER our team members are trained on all positions and work together to ensure that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience. Late night shift team members will be working in a busy exciting environment with supervision by shift-leads or managers. Responsibilities include serving the guests and following established closing procedures.

Team Member Responsibilities include:

• Must have the ability to work weekends without interuption resulting in a need to miss a shift.
• Follow recipes and read tickets to accurately prepare all orders.
• Be extremely accurate with weights and measurements for all recipe items.
• Keep to operation standards inorder to maintain restaurant’s established speed of service guidelines.
• Make sure that work stations are clean at all times.
• As a cashier, follow cash handling procedures at all times.
• Keep the store clean and monitor overall facility cleanliness.
• Perform any of the tasks listed above as needed throughout shift
• Addresses guest issues that may arise; consults with management regarding complex issues.
• Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all fellow team members with respect.
• Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.

ADA Statement: While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Work space is restricted and employees are expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use cooks knife. machinery and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees may be required to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high.

Pay: Up to $22.50 per hour
