1 Touch Office Technology is a copier dealership servicing Los Angeles and Orange County. Our Service Department is the pride of our organization, and we are looking to expand the team to assist our growing business.

We are seeking experienced copier technicians, ideally with Toshiba, Konica Minolta and/or Ricoh training and certifications.

MAIN FUNCTIONS :

• Demonstrates technical expertise by completing a service call, on the first call.
• Responsible for full range of repair and service procedures of office equipment including diagnostics, installation, troubleshooting, machine modification, software upgrades, removal and retrofits on a core set of customers’ working environment.
• Effectively executes all required territory management, adheres to territory back-up plans.
• Attend manufacturer and company sponsored training and certification sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Required minimum 1-3 years relevant experience in related industry.
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills are essential.
• Strong problem-solving, mechanical/electrical skills, and knowledge of Microsoft OS and Apple.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and ability to work independently on the field
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record.
