Cosmetic Medical Assistant Job at Reflections Center for Skin and Body
Medical Spa looking for a mature minded, outgoing, reliable individual with a positive attitude-Team Player. Duties include but are not limited to greeting patients, assisting physicians’ with procedures, maintaining electronic medical records, answering patient concerns, stocking and preparing treatment rooms, assisting patients’ with obtaining prescriptions (insurance prior auth) ordering supplies, maintaining product inventory. Great work atmosphere, excellent pay & benefits, some evening and some Saturday hours required, willing to work at two locations (Livingston and Martinsville), computer literate, knowledge of Nextech/EMR software a plus,Dermatology/ Plastic Surgery/Medical Spa experience a plus.
