COUNT DROPTEAM MEMBER (3 AM-11 AM) Job at Rocky Gap (Flintstone, MD)

Responsible for handling gaming drops, table game drops, and reconciliations.
- Performs Kiosk fills and count cassettes and bill validator boxes.
- Conducts the necessary research to effectively resolve count team disputes.
- Maintains all records, reports and other required paperwork in the Count Room Area of the Finance Department.
- Prepares various reports, including Master Gaming Report, transfer sheets, Hotel bank paperwork; forwards all information to appropriate individual(s).
- Performs table games drops, counting money, and reconciling gaming revenue.
- Transports the cart, accompanied by security, to the count room.
- Removes bill validator boxes from machines and places them in a secure cart.
- Ensures the integrity of all count room transactions.
- Counts and reconciles venue banks.
- Maintains a thorough working knowledge of laws, rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission, as well as policies, procedures and controls.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred. Some college courses in banking and finance or related area preferred.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Effective communication skills required. Must be extremely numbers-oriented and computer-literate.
This position requires a Gaming License.
