Our client, a known regional bank, is looking for Customer Care Reps to join their team onsite in Hales Corners, WI!

Pay Rate:

1st Shift: $19.00/hour

2nd Shift: $20.00/hour

$50 Weekend Spot Pay

Shift Options:

1st (rotating)- 9AM to 6PM and 10AM to 7PM

2nd (rotating)- Start time between 12PM and 2PM, End between 8PM and 10PM

Our Customer Care Representatives are responsible to:

Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels including telephone, e-mail, web chat in an award- winning Contact Center.

Provide extraordinary customer service to customers ensuring first contact resolution.

Be a customer advocate while adhering to company policies, procedures and product guidelines.

Listen empathetically and respond to difficult customers calmly and with confidence.

Make a difference to customers by providing them with support and outcomes that benefit them.

Assisting customers with resetting passwords and adjusting to the Bank's system.

Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 6 am -10pm

Minimum Qualifications:

1-2 years customer service, banking, retail, food service, insurance, telemarketing/sales experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Technical aptitude and ability to learn, Tech Savvy

Are agile in a changing environment and be able to adjust one’s approach to a situation, constraints or multiple demands.

Prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks while effectively servicing customers in a timely manner.

9 month contract with potential for extension and conversion!
