Customer Service Coordinator Job at SPA 35 Medical Spa
Lead customer service activities for the Spa 35 team. Point person to help customers prepare for their cosmetic appointments. Ability to become an expert on a broad spectrum of minimally invasive cosmetic services, such as laser hair removal, IPL and CO2 laser resurfacing.
Upbeat and proactive personality when identifying customer needs and coordinating Spa 35 resources to ensure those needs are exceeded.
Retail medical environment that is fast paced and complex. Must be able to multi-task and work effectively with people of all backgrounds. Customer service activities include face to face, phone and video-based interactions with potential and current Spa 35 customers.
Scheduling and communication systems require high functioning literacy in retail computer systems.
Ideal candidate will have familiarity with common cosmetic medical spa services.
Outstanding communication skills required. Phone, face to face, email, text messaging.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
