Complete Collision Center is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our winning team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting customers with world class customer service and friendly attitude.
- Assisting the Estimators with daily required tasks
- Setup all drive-in appointments and repair appointments
- Repair Orders: All files are opened with compliance, including obtaining proper authorizations.
- Prepare and complete proper paperwork for the final customer packet prior to vehicle delivery.
- Present vehicle delivery speech with customer at time of vehicle pick up
- Provide repair updates to all customers and update repair plans.
- Receive updates from technicians frequently throughout the day and create a priority list for technicians.
- Work with insurance companies to receive payment, supplement approval, documentations, rental reservation set up for customers, and any additional information that you need for the customer's file.
- Comply with all Company safety rules, guidelines and standards
- Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring a world class customer service experience.
- Final QC on all completed vehicles
- Contact customer to schedule time to pick up their vehicles
- Collect payment, input payment/checks
- Receive mail from all shop mailboxes/P.O. box
- Attend/collaborate with team during daily production meetings
- Answering phones with professionalism
- Filing, Faxing, and Printing documents
- Other duties assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- World class customer service skills
- At least 1 year experience in similar role
- Proficiency with CCC One
- Experience in the collision repair industry and/or auto insurance industry, a big plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, and Word
- Excellent communication skills(written and verbal)
- Strong sales orientation
- Organization and multitasking skills, good time management and adapt easily to fast- paced environment
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize assignments
- Personable, friendly demeanor with "World Class" customer service approach
- Well groomed, professional appearance
- Ability to compose error free, grammatically correct email, and/or correspondence; updates to customers.
