Customer Service Representative Job at HelpCloud
What You’ll Do:
We’re seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent that will be responsible for over the phone support and providing customers with top notch customer service and tech support solutions. Pay includes hourly pay, hourly accelerators, and opportunities for commissions. Remote access support experience is preferred but not required. We are seeking a representative that can work in our Lindon, UT office from 11am-7pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and 9am-4pm Saturdays (Thursdays off).

Compensation:
- Base pay plus accelerators and commissions
- Tenure base raises every 6 months
- Additional opportunity to make daily and weekly SPIFF bonuses
- We pay weekly on Fridays
Qualifications:
- Customer first mindset to resolve any and all questions/concerns
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen
- Accurate, fast typing and entering correct data on customer profiles using computer software
- Basic computer skills, navigation and data entry
- Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires
- First point of customer contact for general inquiries, issues and concerns
- The drive to continue self-educating on our products and industry
Nice-to-have:
- 1 - 2 years of Customer Service Experience
- 1 - 2 years of Call Center Experience
