Olympus Vision, a busy and thriving optometry practice in Upper Darby, has an opening for an upbeat Eyewear Sales Associate to join our small, close-knit, family oriented team. If you have client service skills that can't be beat and meet the below qualifications, apply today!

Qualifications

• A minimum 1 year of experience including sales and customer service
• A minimum of 1 years of experience assisting customers both in person and over the phone is required.
• A positive, cheerful outlook is a MUST. We want our patients to ‘hear’ you smiling through the phone!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow you to expertly assist patients in our care.
• Dependability and punctuality are a must. The patients in our care count on us to be there.
• You should be moderately tech savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Attention to detail!

Hours & Availability

The Olympus Vision Care Team serves patients from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Wednesdays and 10:00 am – 4:00 pm Fridays. The Care Team also serves patients one rotating Saturday per month, from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.

Our schedules are made 6+ months in advance, so you can enjoy a great work/life balance!

Compensation

Your amazing customer service skills, spirit of teamwork and friendly personality will be rewarded with a competitive starting pay rate of $13 - $17 per hour, depending upon experience. In addition, benefits such as Paid Holidays, Uniform Allowance and Continuing Ed opportunities are offered to all full-time employees!
