The Customer Service Representative receives and processes orders from customers and verifies and processes completed orders from Company sales representatives. Responsibilities include:

  • Answer and redirect inbound calls and voice messages.
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries for information such as installation dates or other existing order questions.
  • Make outbound calls to obtain authorizations to proceed with customer orders and resolve order issues to customer satisfaction.
  • Enter, proof, and process all orders. Requires understanding of order entry, contract management and accounting software to ensure accuracy of orders.
  • Communicate effectively with sales representatives to verify all order information is correct and identify any missing or incomplete information with orders.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in all software systems, BidPro and other programs as required.
  • Perform other related duties in support of the office as assigned by management
  • Create work orders and invoice for customer orders.

Additional Requirements

  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Computer literacy at medium level
  • Minimum two years customer service and data entry experience
  • Experience in telephone etiquette and protocol
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • High School Diploma
  • Bilingual a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
