As a Customer Service Specialist, you will perform service order management under the supervision of the branch Service Operations Manager, , including service spare sales and administrative tasks related to the ongoing service business of the branch. Responsibilities include support tasks directly related to facilitating the deployment and monitoring of field labor and materials necessary to meet our contractual service, repair, and spares obligations. RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform spares orders, vendor ordering, goods receipts, and order processing.

Responsible for contract and service order management, invoicing, and collection.

Sends customer letters and supports mass updates in maintenance contracts

Maintenance contract termination: Processes maintenance contract cancellation requests, informs Billing Administrator when invoice cancellation or credit note creation is required

Key user for KONE online and Salesforce (KTOC PSR, CRM) for MUS VA
-
Maintain Accounts payable including purchase orders or goods receipts, processing vendor invoices and requests, online expense reconciliation.

Responsible for field payroll and approve time tickets

Maintenance Operations support activities
-
Assist in coordination and compliance with code violations, consultant deficiency reports and mandated tests and inspections
REQUIREMENTS
-
Higher vocational diploma in technical or commercial sciences
-
Good spoken and written local languages
-
Basic skills with MS Office tools and applications

Experience in inter-office and customer communications
-
High School Diploma minimum requirement.

Advanced office tools literacy

Contractual and financial understanding
-
Capability to have basic technical understanding is an asset

User knowledge of SAP and/or SFDC is an asset
-
Previous working experience in relevant field is beneficiary
