Our innovative and growing company is looking to fill the role of Customer Service Billing Associate. Job Duties

· Preparing invoices and sending to customers

· Create debit notes for accounts

· Maintain customer transactions and accounts

· Update customer files

· Maintain paperwork required on each customer sites

· Send out statements and work on collections of outstanding balances

· Assist on broker reporting and sending to brokers

· Assist on pulling orders from customer sites

· Assist on order entering into Sage database

· Cross training on Logistics

· Cross training on Purchasing and receiving

· Create sample orders for processing

· Bilingual in Spanish an asset

· Proactively seek solutions to problems, notifying Management when concerns arise

· Interact with clients on the phone, internet, in a professional manner

· Interact with internal partners on the phone, internet, in a professional manner

· Meet all customer needs and exceed expectations, upholding our strong reputation

· Continually expand your knowledge of our business and product line

· Accurately answer questions and address client concerns

Requirements and Qualifications below but include time management skills, strong work ethic

· High school diploma or equivalent required, a college degree preferred

· Working in a customer-oriented position a plus

· Work experience in sales or plant interaction

· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

· Outstanding phone and email etiquette

· Innovative thinker with a positive attitude

· Able to remain calm and professional, even with challenging clients

· Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

· Keen attention to detail and excellent memory,

· Ability to learn about our changing product line and articulate specifications readily

· Team-player mentality

· Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment'

· Some Knowledge Sage Pro program will be helpful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
