We are currently seeking a self-motivated, hard-working Data Entry Associate. It is Micro Center’s core promise to take care of our associates and customers which has led to our success over the last 40+ years!

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Record all data entry documents on a daily production sheet
• Accurately enter documents to the financial system to ensure proper financial reporting
  • All non-EDI invoices
  • All DC non-compliance documents
  • All manual RMA returns
• Handle daily mail activities in the area when scheduled
  • Balance, separate and distribute overnight reports and file them
  • Distribute daily incoming mail
  • Separate and stuff checks from daily check run requiring mailing via USPS
  • Handle Fedex requests for specified daily checks
  • Pull Special Handling checks and issue them to the appropriate areas
  • Separate and deliver the Weekly Expense Journal on Friday
• Log and distribute Service exception research documents to team members
• Research and clear outstanding items on Service Tracking Sheet
• Issue Missing Invoices letters via email to all vendors

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High school education or equivalent
• Accuracy of entry using computer keyboard
• Ability to work independently and maintain focus through workday
• Willingness to support team members and area goals
• Ability to communicate to other team members and Manager
• Organizational skills
• Prioritizing work according to deadlines
