URGENTLY HIRING!

Fast and Fierce Inc a contractor with FedEx Ground is looking for package Delivery Drivers. Drivers report to the FedEx Ground terminal located at 204 Grandy St. Hertford, NC and will be delivering in the Outer Banks/Kitty Hawk area in step vans and sprinter vans provided by the employer. We are looking for self-motivated, safe, drivers who will provide outstanding service to our customers.

Starting pay: $130-$150/day, drivers earn $130/day base pay along with daily and weekly incentive pay

We are now accepting applications for full-time and part-time drivers.

No CDL required!

HOURS: 7:30AM to delivery completion (Avg of 60 to 100 stops)

SCHEDULE: Monday-Saturday or Tuesday - Saturday

We are a 6 day a week operation - 4-5 day schedules up to 40 hours per week.

DELIVERY DRIVER BENEFITS:

• WEEKLY Paycheck – Direct deposit on Friday (Ask manager)
• Paid Training - $115 /day (Approx 2 weeks)

DUTIES OF DELIVERY DRIVER

• Deliver and pick up all packages daily w/in the prescribed time windows.
• Conduct Pre/Post trip van inspections daily.
• Operate delivery vans safely, securely, and competently.
• Learn the route(s) and customer needs to be serviced by our company.
• Report to the station prepared to examine and organize daily load before departure.
• Handle and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weight w/o damage to the package or injury to oneself or others.

DELIVERY DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 21 years of age.
• Have at least 6 months box truck job related driving experience
• Live with in 30 minutes from the distribution facility
• Clean driving recordLive with in 30 minutes from the distribution facility - no accidents or violations in 3 years.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and criminal background check
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. and work in all weather conditions
• Ability to make 100 stops per day
