The Deposit Operations Specialist supports a range of bank products, including customer account records, debit cards, ATMs/ITMs, online and mobile banking, remote deposits, ACH, wire transfer and treasury management services. The position encompasses a variety of duties utilizing a strong understanding of customer needs, general banking processes, and exceptional customer service skills. The Deposit Operations Specialist interacts with banking employees and customers, handling inquiries, performing maintenance requests, and researching issues. Tasks must be completed timely and in compliance with bank policies and applicable regulations.
