Boulevard Home is looking for an individual who has design experience to join our Sales team at our Cedar City Store. You will need to have the willingness to provide exceptional customer service to ensure our guests are getting a positive shopping experience. With the opportunity to sell Furniture, Accessories, Mattresses, and Appliances all in one showroom, this sales team member can have great success.

Skills Needed:

  • In this position, you will need to learn about the products Boulevard Home provides and have the ability to sell all items that we have in our Cedar City Store including Mattresses, Furniture, Accessories and Appliances.
  • Design experience will be needed for this position so that you will be able to assists guests with matching styles and colors they already have in their homes, or to create new looks by ordering custom products in various different fabrics and colors.
  • You must be detail-oriented, and be a self-motivator as you will need to be able to qualify our guest's needs or wants and be able to convey the best possible options for them and their living space. This could include taking measurements, picking out fabric, suggesting brands, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and good customer service skills is a must, as you create a positive rapport with guests and will be working directly with them and other departments throughout the company.
  • You must maintain knowledge of current sales or promotions and keep up to date with ongoing offers to provide accurate information for our guests.
  • In addition to selling, you will be responsible for displaying furniture and accessories and will need to be able to occasionally lift and move furniture and appliances around the sales floor.
  • Basic computer skills will be required as you will be writing up sales, credits, cancellations, looking up inventory, searching special order information and vendor websites on a daily basis.
  • You will need to have a personable and positive attitude and be able to work in a team atmosphere to ensure our guests are provided with quality service.
  • Prior retail sales experience would be beneficial in this position but is not required.

BlvdHome is a drug-free workplace and all team members will be required to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position working Monday – Saturday with Sunday and another day off during the week. Working from 9:45 am-6 pm.

Salary: $55000 - $100,000 (Commission with guarantee)
