Full Time and Part Time. 6:30AM - 2:30PM, 3:30PM - 7:30PM, 11:00AM - 7:30PM. Monday - Friday withSaturday and Sunday rotations 9:00am - 3:00pm are required.

*High school students encouraged to apply for PT afternoon shifts, flexible work schedule available*

DUTIES:

• Works on tray line: assembling trays for patients and residents; produce beverages/nourishments needed according to production sheets.

· Assists with washing, rinsing and sanitizing of all pots and pans following established policies and procedures for appropriate sanitation; Monitor dishwasher temperatures to insure proper cleaning/sanitizing of tableware; Performs duties in dish room including scraping, loading dish machine, or putting away clean dishes; Cleans and sanitizes dish room, walls, counters, and machine along with sweeping and mopping the floor.

· Cleaning all floors, coolers, large and small transport carts, drawers, counters, and fans. Additional cleaning may be assigned as needed by Food Service Manager.

· Prepares and delivers late trays; Performs the cleanup of nursing home dining room after meal times; Sets up Nursing Home dining room tables before each meal.

· Maintains workstation, including setting up for the day refilling, cleaning, and restocking; transport dirty linen to laundry department; Picks up garbage from kitchen and cafeteria and places in dumpster; Sweeps and mops floors when assigned.

· Will work together as a team with all other members of the Nutritional Services Department; Is expected to have a high level of personal hygiene.

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED). All employees must be fully Covid19 vaccinated.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• All dietary aide staff will be required to satisfactorily complete food safety in-services.
• All dietary aide staff will have the option to participate in a Serve Safe Certification course to further their food safety knowledge.
