Marketing is looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist to join our Interactive Media team. The Interactive Media team manages paid advertising programs that grow brand awareness and generate qualified leads. As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will be in a collaborative role managing online performance marketing campaigns. This entails overseeing the day-to-day execution of retargeting, programmatic ad buys, direct publisher placements, paid social media and paid search marketing. This person will work closely with Interactive and Brand Strategy teams on managing return on investment goals and strategic forecasting. We are looking for the right candidate who is comfortable growing existing programs through optimization tactics and interested in building new programs from the ground up. This is a hands-on technical media buying role with time spent in advertising platforms. But with the added layer of directing strategy and influencing campaign management. This role will report to the Senior Interactive Manager.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for pay per click program management including audience targeting, monitoring performance shifts, budget forecasting and ad testing.
- Partner with the Strategic Marketing and Creative teams as an online media expert to make recommendations on creative messaging across multiple ad platforms.
- Be an expert in online audience targeting capabilities on various ad platforms that align with company objectives.
- Research and implement strategies for new programs, campaign settings, audience targeting, and other facets of digital media to maximize program performance.
- Partner with the Web, UX, and Creative teams to test and optimize landing page and ad creative experiences.
Qualifications
- Enjoy collaborative work and willingness to experiment with new programs and tests
- Naturally driven to process, prioritizing, and organization
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Advanced reporting and analytics skills
Education and Experience
- 5+ years of relevant online advertising experience managing multiple programs
- Diverse experience with online advertising technology (such as Google AdWords, Microsoft Ads, Google DV360, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Advertising).
- Managed advertising budgets over $500k
- Intermediate Excel skills
