Overview:
Digital Content Analyst (DCA'S) analyze and document digital content processes that support our content management and syndication services; identify opportunities for improvement/efficiency between internal/external business partners; managing operational needs in support of digital commerce clients, from gathering required inputs to publication of content updates across multiple retailers. DCA's work directly with clients at various levels within the company and with third party service providers to research and identify content optimization opportunities with sufficient detail and clarity in order to collaboratively develop content improvement opportunities that will improve organic search rank and online conversion metrics.

Essential Functions
:
  • Own the content management and syndication process for assigned clients: inclusive of coordinating the acquisition of updated assets, managing the updated content attributes through the client’s syndication portal, troubleshooting publication issues in conjunction with the syndicator and/or retailer, and all other duties necessary to push content updates to every retailer listed in the contract.
  • Manage and analyze the digital shelf for assigned clients, where an ODM is not available: inclusive of developing recommendations for optimized Titles, Bullets, Product Descriptions, Images (enhanced product images, nutrition/fact labels, lifestyle, etc.), Keywords and search terms, running content audits, building scorecards and providing reporting as needed.
  • Diagnose and track down any functional, systematic, or process issues to a root or functional cause, and resolve wherever possible.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, internal partners, clients, customers and others to establish collaborative and efficient ways of working.
  • Act as a business operations SME to influence, manage change, and educate, with the goal of ensuring business commitments and objectives are met.
  • Training and development, as needed, to learn new tools, systems, and process in support of job duties, as well as all Acosta mandated training courses

  • Good working knowledge of ecommerce, omnichannel sites, and/or digital marketing

  • Must be proficient with MS Office Suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
