PRI Healthcare Solutions, a division of Haymarket Media, is looking for a Digital Project Coordinator to join our rapidly-growing digital team based in Paramus, NJ or New York, NY.
Job Overview:
The Digital Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of digital programs, such as website development and marketing asset creation, associated with your assigned accounts.
In this role you will be responsible for assisting the delivery of programming that is on strategy, on time, on budget and achieves optimal client satisfaction thereby encouraging business growth. The role requires the ability and willingness to collaborate with others to support positive team dynamics.
Responsibilities:
- Create, and populate new project details accurately into project management software (Workfront)
- Assign Workfront projects and tasks accurately
- Following up on Tasks Not Started/Tasks Not Completed
- Assists in trafficking jobs through Workfront and ensure on time completion of all project task assignments
- Schedules and assist senior PMs in facilitating internal status meetings and reviews
- Assists in keeping internal teams informed of project status and next steps via status documents and ad hoc meetings
- Reinforce adherence to project timelines by working with Client Services and internal teams to meet milestone dates by their deadlines
- Support project management team with administrative duties to ensure on-time delivery of all programs
- Assume other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position and can add value
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 0-1 years experience in digital, project management, project coordination; agency experience a plus
- Excellent organization and project planning skills, with a sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Genuine interest and appreciation for the relationship between design, technology, storytelling and user experience
- Computer proficiency required, experience with Google Suite (Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- Positive, team-player attitude
