Position Title: 2-1 Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Two Staff, One Client

Location: Manchester, NH

Compensation: Competitive $17.00/hour plus a daily gas stipend.

Total Hours/Week: 40 hrs/wk

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm - Weekends Free!

Required Skills: Behavioral experience is a plus! No prior experience with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities required. Must have a clean New Hampshire Driver's License. We provide Med and MOAB training for DSPs before working with our exceptional client.

What Does a DSP Do?

- Be a positive role model and provide supervision and mentoring to clients

- Teach essential life skills, including daily living, meal preparation, and hygiene practices

- Improve clients' social, interpersonal, and coping skills through respectful relationships
