Direct Support Professional, Direct Care Worker, Caregiver – Supported Living Arrangement
Sites are located in East China, Fort Gratiot, Fraser, Marine City, Marysville, and Port Huron.
This program offers support services for individuals with disabilities who live independently or with their family in the community.

Job Description:
We are seeking direct support professionals who focus on improving the physical and mental well-being of individuals with special needs, while maintaining a positive and safe living environment for the individuals served and monitoring/reporting on their progress.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Acceptable criminal record check and drug screen
- Eighteen (18) years of age or older
- Maintain reliable transportation and valid driver license with a driving record acceptable for insurance purposes
- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role

Rate of Pay (Based on education and experience):
