As ARMO Global Director, you'll ensure our equipment is delivered in an efficient manner without harm to people or the environment. The role is specifically focused on Artificial Lift within the Oilfield Services Portfolio of Baker Hughes.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Integrating and developing processes that meet business needs across the organization
• Leading overall organization to deliver work in compliance with HSE regulations, employee safety practices, ensure operational excellence.
• Conducting continuous improvement projects covering organization productivity, team effectiveness, regular coaching on customer focus, and workforce planning
• Building outstanding strategic customer, channel relationships by responding to customer feedback promptly, ensuring execution exceeds customer expectations.
• Dedicating time to complex cases requiring interpretation and ad hoc development of rules, developing new approaches /tools.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Master's degree in Engineering or Science or closely related field or demonstrate equivalent professional experience
• Have dynamic experience knowledge with Artificial Lift technologies, tools and service and its interaction to operational offerings, reliability and business needs.
• Have experience in an operational or product management/service leadership role.
• Demonstrate capacity and leadership profile to develop new job drivers in search of greater productivity and performance
• Demonstrate leadership experience of managing and mentoring a team in a cross-functional business organization
• Be well organized with good communication, inter-personal skills as a leader, with clients and with Baker Hughes Executive Leadership
