Healthy Connections is seeking a leader for Evolve Behavioral Health Services and Medication Management. The Director of Integrated Behavioral Health Services will provide leadership and administrative oversight in delivering optimal integrated medical, behavioral and psychosocial services to patients consistent with Evolve and Healthy Connections, Inc. policies and procedures.

Who we are
Evolve Behavioral Health Services and Medication Management is part of the Healthy Connections Community Health Network. Healthy Connections is a Mena-based nonprofit organization serving the needs of children and adults throughout the areas we serve. Since its founding in 1998 as a home-visiting program, Healthy Connections has been able to provide much-needed health, dental, behavioral health, and social services to families of every lifestyle.

How you’ll contribute
The Director of Integrated Behavioral Health Sevices plays an active role in achieving the organization’s mission and vision to meet the evolving needs of the community. This includes enhanced access for patients, families, and physicians to behavioral health care resources through systems of collaboration, shared problem solving, flexible team leadership, and communication.

The Director of Integrated Behavioral Health Services must be committed to ongoing quality improvement and take an active and data-driven approach to identifying quality initiatives related to integrated care and patient outcomes. This position is responsible for managing the work of all behavioral healthcare staff to ensure service delivery and all operational aspects to achieve excellent customer service and performance in line with company strategy, goals and values.

Qualifications for this job

• Graduation from an accredited college or university
• Current Arkansas licensure as a clinical social worker or practical counselor preferred.
• Management/supervisory experience in a health care field, preferably in behavioral and/or medical office management, quality improvement/assurance or public health program management
• Management skills to perform planning, directing, reporting and administrative responsibilities
• Ability to actively communicate, inspire and motivate all levels of staff
• Ability to think and act strategically and proactively
• Successful project management experience
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) skills are preferred but not required
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft office products, and familiarity with network systems
• Excellent organizational, written and customer service skills necessary
• Ability to travel to other locations and to meetings outside of the service area
• Ability to establish and maintain effective, courteous working relationships with

patients, staff team members, business entities and others

• Ability to organize, prioritize and problem-solve independently
