Billion $$$ global Hospitality and Food & Beverage conglomerate now seeks entrepreneur with 6+ years strategic digital and marketing communications expertise. Responsible for the creation, coordination, and execution of marketing plans across a diverse range of hospitality, culinary and dining experiences. Develop and set the marketing strategy, budget planning and management, create activations and strategic partnership programs as well as building relationships. Partner with Operations, Strategic Sponsorship, business leaders and senior stakeholders. Manage/produce and oversee the execution of all activations and or marketing initiatives. Experience in launching a large multi venue food and beverage opening including launch and acquisition strategy, digital platform, budgeting and media strategy planning. Lead the development of an acquisition strategy for both web and mobile platforms. Partner with business leaders and marketers to develop annual marketing plans, strategies and initiatives. Develop and manage a broad range of events and activations. Oversee and direct market research, competitor analyses and customer experience strategy in collaboration with the digital and operations teams. Provide leadership in the development of joint ventures, affiliations and strategic sponsorship/ partnership arrangements. Experience in large (Must have prior food and beverage or hospitality industry experience) (Any advertising agency experience a plus.) Must be experienced in marketing, digital marketing as well as event marketing. Position will communicate across operations, strategic partnerships, various Food & Beverage teams (both internal & external), as well as executive leadership. Work closely with internal and external creative teams to ensure the success of all assets. Must have strong communication, writing, presentation, creativity with entrepreneurial experience. MS Suite & Social media platform experience. Looking for a passionate (and analytical) brand builder and digital thinker who thrives on creative ideas. Digital experience a must. Must have UX & UI knowledge. Experience in the industries of arts, fashion, food/hospitality as well as entertainment or retail a plus. Loyalty and rewards management a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
