ECLI-VIBES is searching for an individual who can support the Executive Team in researching, strategizing and implementing standard operating procedures across five programs and a growing staff while maintaining the humanistic client centered approach of the organization. We want to know about your leadership, management and organizational skills, your ability to build strong team-centric relationships and your enthusiasm for building systems that thrive. Your responsibilities will include inspiring staff, problem solving identified gaps that exist within program systems, and addressing these gaps in a comprehensive forward thinking and resourceful way.

ECLI-VIBES uses a victim-centered and trauma-informed approach to provide comprehensive, high-quality services to all survivors of trauma. In an effort to stabilize the survivor, staff will connect and access resources that address safe housing, food insecurity, and safety needs by guiding and empowering the survivor in navigating the system and understanding their rights. The short-term goal is to address the symptoms of trauma long-term goal to address the underlying issues (compound trauma) in an effort to break the cycle of violence for good.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business development, higher education, public health, social work, etc.)
  • Human services or social work experience
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
