Our desired candidate embraces the vision of the Operating Principal and works closely with the Team Leader to achieve set expectations through attracting, recruiting, and retaining agents. - Collaborate with the Team Leader to recruit talented existing agents and individuals interested in pursuing a real estate license.
- Effectively communicate the value story of our Market Center to potential recruits.
- Maintain daily communication with the Team Leader to coordinate recruitment efforts.
- Assist the leadership team in developing and delivering world-class training programs.
- Create engaging social media posts and email campaigns to attract talent to our training sessions.
- Manage and oversee the database, ensuring proper follow-up with the active pipeline.
- Consult with and nurture relationships with existing agents.
- Assume the role of Team Leader in their absence.
- Establish an effective attraction process for finding and vetting agents.
- Contribute to the development of business prospecting and marketing strategies to gain a competitive edge in the market.
- Provide weekly progress reports on appointments and recruiting databases to the Team Leader and General Manager.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of work experience in real estate or recruiting.

- Experience in project management and system development.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $50,000 - $80,000, including base salary and performance bonuses.
Benefits available, including health insurance, dental insurance, and 401k.
