Director of Sales Job at Triumph Hospitality LLC
We are looking for a candidate that is a self-starter, has knowledge of the hotel industry with strong negotiation skills to achieve sales goals, maximize room revenue, and acquire new accounts.

As a Director of Sales, your regular tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Soliciting and securing new potential corporate and group accounts
- Building new relationships in the community
- Responding to sales leads, negotiating, and generating contracts
- Servicing accounts and analyzing lost business for the hotel
- Completing and submitting weekly sales reports
- Working with the hotel front desk teams to maximize room revenue and sales
- Assisting the General Manager as needed
Requirements:
- 2 years Hotel Sales Experience or 2+ Year’s hotel management experience of Department Head or above preferred
- Choice Hotel experience is highly desirable, but not required
- Position will be required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends
- Proven record of independent, self-motivated work habits
- Execute reporting in a timely and accurate manner
- General knowledge of industry market reports such as STAR
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and accounts; solicit and secure new corporate and group accounts
- Develop a Sales Plan and strategy to exceed established revenue and room night goals
- Excellent organization skills; ability to multi-task
- Ability to create, develop & execute sales/marketing plans
- Familiarity with Clarksville area & local community a plus
