Keith Clinic Estramonte Chiropractic has four different locations in Charlotte, NC, providing care to a diverse patient population. We maintain a fast-paced practice with an emphasis on personal injury patients. Experienced doctors are on staff to help provide training and mentorship to all new doctors.

*Personal injury patients make up a large portion (75%) of our practice

*No electronic medical records (complete notes in under 30 seconds using our efficient travel card system)

*X-ray techs on staff to take radiographs

*Chiropractic assistants on staff to apply all modalities, document subjective part of note, and help with efficient patient flow

Compensation:

• Highly competitive salary based on commensurate experience

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Chiropractic - licensed to practice in NC (new graduates welcome!)

• Skilled manual adjuster (diversified, drop and activator)

Reports To: Director of Operations for Keith Clinic Estramonte Chiropractic

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Provide patient-centred care using chiropractic methods in order to locate, analyze, and correct vertebral and non-vertebral subluxations.
• Assess the integrity and functioning of the neuromusculoskeletal system and other systems relevant to care using chiropractic evaluation techniques.
• Assess health challenges by reviewing patients' histories, carrying out additional consultations, observing and examining patients, and interpreting x-rays.
• Manage referrals for any additional tests to be undertaken outside of the practice.
• Maintain accurate case histories of patients.
• Advise patients about recommended care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients and/or parents and caregivers of patients, respecting privacy, dignity and confidentiality.
• Keep up to date with research and developments in the profession.
• Help when needed to cover for the other chiropractors at the other clinics as required.
• Maintain familiarity with the Chiropractic Assistant’s role, both at the Front Desk and Therapists.
• Adhere to our practice policies and procedures to carry out all chiropractic tasks.

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
