Our mission at New Hampshire Job Corps is to provide cost-free, career-based technically and academic training to low-income youths ages 16-24.

Your Shift and Salary: $17/hour, Sunday - Thursday 3pm-12am
The Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Advanced degrees preferred.
- A minimum of one year working with the youth.
- A minimum of one year working in Human Services.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
Your Responsibilities:
- Working with the Dorm Life team by providing our students with safety, cleanliness, and a structured living environment.
- Provide quality supervision to students in the dorm.
- Oversee the dorm building, and uses proper judgment and discretion to resolve student and staff issues and concerns.
- Providing individualized case management to maintain student enrollment and success in the program.
- Follow all integrity guidelines and procedures and ensure no manipulation of student data.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of incident and shift reports.
- Ensure the physical security of the dorm area and reports concerns to Dorm Supervisor.
- Manage, develop, and train a team of Dorm Life Advisors.
- Maintains adequate levels of inventory per established department reorder points and proactively order supplies to meet department requirement.
- Ensuring dorm-office coverage in the absence of the Dorm Supervisor
- Transport students as needed from/to Center.
- Other duties assigned.
