Your day or evening will be filled with fun, active, engaging, and purposeful activities that help your residents through all aspects of their daily life at home, at a center, or in the community. Whether it’s creating arts and crafts, painting, singing, dancing, acting, exercising, shopping, cooking, gardening, laughing, or teaching a new beneficial life skill, YOU will make a Positive Impact on the life of an individual with special needs.

This is a full-time, hands-on position, working under the direction of a supervisor providing direct training, development, and caregiving to adults. Responsibilities include active engagement, program implementation, transportation (company vehicle provided), documentation, behavior modification, safety crisis response, and protecting program participants’ rights, safety, health, and welfare.

We would love it if you:

• Highschool diploma/ GED
• Related experience preferred but not required. We will pay you to train!
• Two years of acceptable driving history and current California driver’s license
• Ability to obtain a Class B driver’s license (paid for by TERI)
• Acceptable criminal background check
• Negative marijuana/ drug screen
