As our Field Shift Supervisor, you will oversee teams in the field responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and repositioning vehicles across cities. It is a hands-on role offering a broad set of responsibilities based on the dynamic day-to-day patterns and usage of vehicles in our cities. As a Field Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the health of our fleet and in bringing safe, reliable rides to users every day.
This role is a FULL-TIME opportunity for the PM shift hired directly through Wheels Labs Operations, Inc and is fully benefited.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and motivate members of the Field Operations team (Drivers)
- Manage worker schedules, clock in/out, attendance, and productivity
- Assist and direct the Field team in the collection and repositioning of vehicles
- Ensure e-bikes are positioned and charged according to business targets
- Monitor real-time market data and provide reports to internal stakeholders
- Quickly identify issues and provide recommendations on how to resolve them
- Use mobile applications to capture data, track fleet activity, and locate missing e-bikes
- Work both independently and in teams
What You'll Need:
- Experience working in logistics, operations, or equivalent fields
- Experience leading teams or delivering results through others
- Experience using mobile apps
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; focused on driving action
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
- Rigorous attention to detail and strong data management skills
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Suite data tools
- Flexible schedule and able to regularly work on nights and weekends

- All warehouses work areas/stations are separated by at least 6 feet
- Hand washing/sanitizing stations located at each entrance and throughout the facilities
- PPE equipment (mask, gloves) will be provided for each team member
- Team member temperature checks prior to shift with forehead thermometers
- Work areas/tools/vans are sanitized before and after each shift
- All inbound and outbound devices at our warehouse are sanitized with disinfectants and UV wands
