The ED Tech performs routine and specialized tasks in providing direct patient care under the functional direction of a registered nurse.
- Observes, monitors, reports and documents patient’s condition, symptoms, and reports to nurse as appropriate.
- Assists with patient care, such as personal hygiene, special skin care, ambulation, transfer and treatment procedures, including enemas, ostomy care, oral suctioning, catheterization, and bed making.
- Observes and monitors vital signs.
Hours:
- Full Time, 36hrs per week
- Nights, 7:00pm - 7:30am
Requirements:
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Maryland CNA licensure a must
