Electrical Foreman Job at District Electrical Services
District Electrical Services is currently hiring a foreman to join our team! This person would have experience in both medium to large construction projects.

• 5+ years of supervising high-rise residential and commercial electrical construction projects required

- Develop work schedule for 3-4 weeks ahead including manpower, materials, tolls, equipment and coordination.
- Daily coordination with GC’s superintendent to create a productive job site
- Monitor paperwork flow – packing list, addendums, RFI, T&M tickets
- Track manpower on the job
- Supervise necessary tools, rental equipment and supplies
- Order materials with enough time for supplier to make deliveries to job site. Limit material pick up at supply house
- Track labor hours – estimated versus used
- Develop projected hours to complete
- Keep daily log of job site activities on web based Procore software
- Coordinate with Project Manager and Operations Manager on progress, problems, manpower, changes and deliveries
- Maintain jobsite for OSHA and safety violations
- Supervise project for quality control including proper materials, installation and testing
- Schedule inspection requests and complete corrective work and re-inspections
REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ years of supervising high-rise residential and commercial electrical construction projects required
- OHSA 30 preferred
- Strong leadership skills and a demonstrated history of successful leadership
- Strong communication (written/oral) and relationship building skills
