Job Title: Electrical Test Equipment Design
Job Location: Rockford, IL (Onsite)
Required Skills: (ATE Design, Analog Design, Schematic, Troubleshooting)
Job Requirement:
- Experience in Design of electrical drawings, schematics, and assembly drawings of an Automated Test Equipment (ATE), Machines.
- Support all Test Equipment’s, Test Rigs, Machine Installation, Commissioning, Calibration & Validation as per customer requirements.
- Communicate with Internal Testing team for progress on Project Transfer Activities daily w.r.t Setup of Testing Line and monitor Configuration Management.
- Implement standard work procedures, LOTO procedures for all Equipment’s / Machines.
- Support timely execution of calibration for all Measuring & Monitoring Devices used in Production Line.
- Able to identify problems, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for all Test Rigs, Machine and SPM relative Problems (Electronics, Mechanical, Electro-mechanical).
- Support Design team on Prototype Testing and Validation activity.
- Support Testing Team during Internal Quality Audits, Customer Audits, BSI Audits, etc…
- A proactive style, high energy level, and positive outlook
- A highly organized, self-motivated individual contributor capable of operating with minimal direction
- Exposure to Aerospace Industry & Standards
