EMPLOYEE SHUTTLE DRIVER

The Employee Shuttle Driver will provide a consistently high degree of both friendliness and efficiency for all associates by transporting associates from employee housing to Moonlight Basin in a safe and orderly manner. The Employee Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by getting to know team members, providing a positive and on-time transportation experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Greets associates with a warm and sincere welcome.
• Keep a tight schedule associated with the various pick up and drop off points for our team members to ensure they arrive and depart within the guidelines of the schedule.
• Assist in maintaining, servicing, and cleaning the shuttle interior and exterior.
• Approach all encounters with associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Have knowledge of and assist in all emergency procedures.

KEYS TO SUCCESS:

• High School diploma or GED
• A valid driver's license with no prior traffic offenses

• Have at least two years’ experience driving in mountainous, winter conditions.
• Preferred commercial experience driving large passenger vans.
• Preferably at least two years of customer service experience.
• Flexibility to meet changing work needs and demands.
• Ability to operate all types of passenger vehicles, both standard and automatic.

• Good grooming, neat appearance, and compliance with dress policy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Work outside in all temperatures and conditions six to ten hours a day as required.
• Reliable and willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed during peak periods.

We offer daily employee meals, discounts on retail items, end-of-season employee celebration, tuition reimbursement, employee housing in Big Sky, season ski pass or cash equivalent (you must work a minimum of four months) and free transportation to Moonlight from employee housing and Bozeman daily.
