CRANE Currency in Nashua, NH is seeking a Engineering Co-Op Student to work in the Summer through the Fall Semester!

If you are selected you will be working in our Advanced Process Technology group, which is a team of seasoned professionals. You will gain exciting real-world experience, have access to this strong organization known for innovation, and be a part of a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities of this Co Op/Intern:

• Assist Senior Engineers in the design, development, assembly and troubleshooting of electromechanical systems.
• Assist Vision Engineering in the test and rollout of advanced inspection platforms
• Perform Design Verification testing against Engineering Specification and User Requirements
• Work towards becoming proficient with logic for HMI’s, PLC’s and Controls
• Prepare schematic diagrams, reports and end-user documentation for newly developed systems

Qualifications and Required Skills:

• Currently enrolled in BS program in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering
• Enjoy being challenged to solve complex problems on a daily basis
• Interest in high mix of hands-on lab work and computer work
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong math skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Applicants must be United States citizens and will need to demonstrate suitability for employment in a position of Public Trust consistent with our US Government contract requirements.
