Do you love working with people and helping customers? Blue Chip Endeavors Inc is looking for an Entry Level Account Representative to be the liaison of our brand. You will receive training on how to address customer concerns and engage with prospects to deliver the best customer buying experience. We expect you to be an energetic, goal-driven person with excellent communication skills. This role may often be challenging so you should be able to remain calm and polite in tough situations. If you have some experience in retail, sales or customer service, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact between new and existing customers and clients
• Handle one on one sales interactions
• Provide price comparisons and product knowledge to customers to help with buying decisions
• Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints to find solutions
• Present new or additional products and services to existing customers
• Approach prospective customers through face to face approach to meet sales targets
• Acquire new accounts and manage current accounts for our client
• Manage CRM and sales report

Skills

• Proven experience in sales, account management, customer service or client services
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking ability

• Goal-driven with ability to work under pressure
• Good problem-solving skills
• High school diploma; BS/BA in business is a plus
