Top producing team in the state seeking entry level sales associates with high drive.
Our agents make more than any other team in the area. We have been the top-producing team in the state by units for the past 4 years.
There is a heavy amount of training, shadowing, and mentorship for new agents. We also provide leads and spend over $150,000 a month in incoming leads to give to team members. We have 2 full time transaction coordinators, a full time sales manager/coach, a Director of Technology, Director of Growth, Director of Operations, and CEO all full time in office to help you excel and take off some of the difficult parts of being an agent from you.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $261,850.00 per year
