Equipment Technician Job at Pine River Country Club
Pine River Country Club is a small private club located in the heart of Alma just a few blocks away from Alma College. The Front nine holes were renovated 2 years ago by Chris Wilcynski and the back nine will be renovated within the next few years. Pine River has updated many pieces of equipment and will continue to update as the years go on. Pine River is looking for a golf course technician to take on the task of maintaining all equipment having a preventative maintenance mind set. The right candidate will take pride in the work that is done and be well organized, hard working and arrive to the job site early. The position will be unique in the aspect of, you will not be only a mechanic but may be asked to help out on the course from time to time as well. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience. The position is from the middle of March to November 1st. The schedule will be Monday through Friday 5:30-1:30. You may be asked to work a few weekends throughout the season and may start as early as 4:30 AM for special events along woth other maintenance staff members. We are looking for someone to take control and treat the shop and equipment like they are personal items with the upmost care. Mechanical experience is required and golf course mechanic experience would highly help your chances of this position.
