Job Description
Create engaging and empowering employee experiences for people across the IC by successfully executing against an employee engagement strategy that increases awareness, understanding, adoption, and sustainment of Data Science initiatives. Craft clear and compelling communications for use across a variety of platforms to support our customer's mission and values. Use employee feedback and channel analytics to measure the impact of communication strategies and tactics. Foster and manage relationships with customer/directorate/group partners. Support the strategy and execution of critical events, including Industry Data Science seminars and trainings.
Required Skills
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues
- Planning event details and aspects
- Creating reliable financial reports and budget allocation
- Remaining under budget with all costs
- Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise
- Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event
- Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events
- Experience in writing content of different types and lengths
- Experience preparing and editing both verbal and written communication materials and briefings
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
- Ability to operate in a matrixed, collaborative, team environment
- Experience developing content to reach an IC audience and synthesizing multiple topics under cohesive storylines
- Experience developing, executing, and analyzing user feedback mechanisms to gauge sentiment
- Knowledge of internal communications platforms to reach employees in a hybrid workforce
