Seeking an Events Coordinator
Summer Season: May 8 - October 13, 2023
We are looking for a detailed oriented person that has a passion for hospitality and events. The ideal candidate would have great communication and organizational skills. This person would work closely with the
Events Director in planning and executing functions and weddings.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited too:
Managing staff to ensure the event is set up in a timely fashion
Completing a final walk through inspection to ensure that all is in order
Assigning side work and sections
Working closely with the host on the day of the event to coordinate timing and ensure satisfaction
Communicating with our Executive Chef on the execution and timing of food and service
Assisting in breaking down at the end of an event and resetting for the next function
Attends weekly Food & Beverage meetings

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Moultonborough, NH 03254: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
