- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Hiring Pay Range: $27.44 - $34.65 per hour
- The hiring pay range for this position includes an additional $1.00 per hour Cost of Living Adjustment added to your base pay.

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinates the Senior Strategy Officer's calendar, meetings, schedule, travel arrangements, expense reports, preparing and sending materials for review prior to meetings, as well as distributing meeting notes, and handling information requests.
- Supports additional members of the executive team with various projects and administrative tasks as needed.
- Requires in-depth knowledge of company and department operations, policies, and procedures.
- Requires a high degree of initiative in preparing reports or presentations and resolving problems.
- Handles multiple incoming matters of a highly confidential, time-sensitive, and critical nature.
- Exercises tact, diplomacy, and discretion in written and verbal communications.
- May review and screen emails and correspondences to sort and identify priorities for immediate action.
- Organizes and coordinates events, meetings, conferences, and conference calls.
- Manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- May review and approve timesheets.
- Answers client inquiries or redirects them to the appropriate person.
- Coordinates approval of AP invoices in assigned region, reviewing invoices for proper departmental approvals, ensures legitimacy of invoices, and makes recommendations of some expenses to improve costs.
- May act as PC Network liaison, coordinating computer/printer moves with the CFDS Help Desk, technical support, phone support. Authorizes and coordinates computer and software purchases for employees through preparation of proper requisition forms.
- Authorizes and coordinates network access requests.
- Provides general administrative and clerical tasks such as answering phones, faxing, mailing, meal planning, meeting setup, and filing and photocopying.
- Maintains consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, banking regulations, and bank policies and procedures related to the position.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
- 5+ years of administrative support experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
