Position Summary
We are looking to add acquisition agents to handle the continuous flow of leads coming
into our system. As an acquisitions agent, you will be tasked with qualifying leads,
underwriting leads, negotiating pricing and terms, and assisting in the closing process.
You will be trained to produce accurate property evaluations, negotiate high-value
transactions, and understand a wide variety of real estate strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately update and track all leads through the company CRM
- Verify the information that is received by a lead
- Determine whether or not the lead is a qualified business opportunity
- Determine the zoning of the property and define the potential land uses
- Underwrite the property and determine the proper value
- Negotiate pricing and terms with the property owner
- Assist in the closing of the property
Requirements
- Understanding of real estate underwriting processes is not required but is a plus
- Understanding of real estate investment models is not required but is a plus
- Eagerness and ability to take constructive criticism and learn our process
- Desire to grow within a company and advance into more demanding positions
- Self-motivated with the tenacity to surpass goals
- Strong communication skills and overall overly polite attitude
- Ability to convey a trustworthy and transparent attitude
- Ability to professionally overcome objections
- Can handle and learn from rejection
- 18+ years of age
- Spanish speaking is a plus
Work hours
Must be available to work 30-35 hours per week.
Working hours: Mon-Tue 9am-4pm / Fri 9am-3pm EST
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $3,000.00 per month
