We are looking for experienced RBTs to walk alongside our clients and help them grow to their full potential! What you’ll be doing:

• Providing individual and group ABA intervention to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Implementation of treatment and behavior plans under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)
• Guide skill acquisition and behavior management in clinic and classroom settings for assigned clients
• Complete, accurate, real-time data collection via various documentation mediums - progress notes, behavior tracking, parent communication logs, etc.
• Participate in ongoing training, staff development, and continuing education for professional growth

Requirements: What we’re looking for:
A heart to SERVE, dependability and and an affinity for our special needs kiddos!

• RBT Certification preferred
• CPR or BLS certification (or within 90 days from hire)
• In process or completion of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ABA or related field preferred, or comparable experience.
• Minimum of 1-3 years experience in ABA or related field preferred
• A minimum or 2-3 years experience as a Registered Behavior Technician
• Demonstrate creativity and a “think outside the box” attitude to provide support and achieve positive outcomes for all clients and staff
• A minimum of 1-2 years with the same employer
