Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Fabrication Assistant to work in the Blacklick, OH area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

· Supports various departments on shop floor including but not limited to: Fabrication, Hardware insertion, Shipping/Packaging, Powder (prep)

· OTJ + cross training provided

· Will also train in the Assembly of Metal Cabinetry and ancillary products for Power, Telecommunication and Technology industries.

· Will train and work in tandem with experienced and seasoned associates already on staff.

Skills sets; either to be learned on the job or previous experience helpful:

^ Ability to read/learn to read and accurately interpret prints.

^ Previous knowledge, experience interest in metal work/fabrication; assembly of products etc.
^ Ability to accurately identify various metals such as a variety of Steels, Aluminum, etc.

^ Ability to learn Hardware insertion.

^ Operate Finishing equipment such as a Fladder, Hand grinders, deburring equipment, etc.
^ Mechanically inclined and able to use a variety of power and hand tools.
^Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with regularity. (average parts run 2-15 lbs)

^ Physical ability to stand, squat, bend, reach, pull and push during course of an 8 or 10 hour shift.

^ Attention to detail and fine tactical ability.

^ Organizational skills.

^ Forklift and Pallet jack experience.

^ Reliable/dependable attendance record.
^ Ability to take direction; working as a part of a team as well as independently.

^ Minimal computer experience (Word/Excel, business software system).

PREFERRED:
^ Minimal computer experience (Word/Excel, business software system).
^ Job Shop experience preferred.

EDUCATION:

High school or equivalent
