South County Psychiatry is hiring family therapists. South County Psychiatry values colleagues who practice from an academic perspective. We use evidence based treatments, and evaluate how well what we are doing works for our patients by using outcome measures. We are a fast growing, supportive group and we are looking to add colleagues to our team trained in couple or family therapy. We value clinicians who work collaboratively with other providers, and provide a supportive team environment. We are currently offering both remote and in-person options, and are flexible about what works best for clinicians in terms of schedule and in-person versus remote work.

Qualifications and Skills

● Licensed or license-eligible as a psychologist, family therapist, social worker, or mental health counselor.
● Interest in and commitment to treating couples and families of all ages and constellations

● Excellent communication skills

● Empathy

●Strong organizational skills

● Flexibility and collaboration highly valued
