Our client is a leader in the Food Service Industry! We are currently looking for Managers in Training to move into a Shift Manager, Department Manager or Store Manager role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure trained and engaged team, quality food, and excellent service is being provided to the customer
- Communicate goals to team at the start of shift
- Observe and guide employees
- Set crew up for success
- Coach and train the crew
- Provide safety and quality checks
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Step in to help team during peak times
- Manage your assigned systems (training, food safety, inventory, etc)
- Provide performance reviews and career discussions with team
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of assigned department
- Other duties as assigned as this is a summary
Job Requirements:
- Must have Customer or Food Service experience
- Must have experience leading employees
- Must have a desire to be in the food service industry and a passion for servicing customers
- Open availability is required
