As our impressive growth continues across the Mid Atlantic, we are currently recruiting a File Clerk (Entry Level) to help us continue the tradition of providing quality OB/GYN care to patients at Contemporary Women's Care located West Orange, NJ.
Job duties include:
- Scan paperwork into the electronic medical records system
- File hard copy paperwork as needed
- Process medical records for completeness, assemble into standard order, and file in designated areas according to filing system
- Enter and retrieve data and type corresponding reports
- Other duties as assigned
- Verify and update demographics in electronic medical records system
- Complete and assemble patient information packets and packages
